Help with the HEADCHECK app for iPhone or iPad

Who is this for: iOS users

For the best experience with the HEADCHECK iOS app, we recommend keeping your device updated to the latest available version of iOS. Using the most current operating system helps ensure optimal app performance, improved security, and access to the latest HEADCHECK features and updates.

Please note that devices running iOS 14 or lower will not be able to update to newer versions of the HEADCHECK app.

To update your iOS Device:

  1. Open Settings  

  2. Select Software Update

  3. If an update is available, tap Download and Install

  4. Tap Install Now or choose Install Tonight

Software Update on iPhone. An update for iOS 18 is listed first with buttons to update now or update tonight. An upgrade to iOS 26 is listed at the end of the screen.

Once your device is updated to the latest supported iOS version, the HEADCHECK app will be able to update normally and function as expected.
