Why is my test visible on the app, but not visible on the web?

Who is this for: Team Medical Staff, Coaches and Managers, Organizational Administrators, Athletes, Parents/Guardians

Sometimes when a test is done on the app, it won’t be pushed to our server until the user has a strong wifi connection; if the test has not been pushed to our server, it will not appear on the web portal.

To push new data (tests and notes) to our server, a user can click on synch server data on the app home page. This will update our server with any new data from your account and update your account with any new data entered to our server. Once the device has been synced, you will be able to view the test/note on the web under the athletes profile.
